HONOR THE GODDESS AND HER TEMPLE
HONOR THE GODDESS AND HER TEMPLE
“The image of the Goddess inspires women to see ourselves as divine, our bodies as sacred, the changing phases of our lives as holy, our aggression as healthy, our anger as purifying, and our power to nurture and create, but also to limit and destroy when necessary as the very force that sustains all life. Through the Goddess, we can discover our strength, enlighten our minds, own our bodies, and celebrate our emotions. we can move beyond narrow, constricting roles and become whole. ”
Welcome Goddess
I AM A GODDESS!
I SHARE THE FEMININE FLOW.
I AM THE FLAME OF ALL THAT IS SACRED,
I AM THE GODDESS GLOW.
This is the time of our awakening. There is no better time to allow our Goddess Nature to shine, where you can feel your body and know what your heart wants. There is no better time for a woman to be herself and express her desires.
We are here to embody the Goddess Spirit within each one of us. How long do we want to hold on as secondhand citizens, trying to please other people so much that we have forgotten ourselves? Are you willing to stand up to be the real YOU of what your heart wants?
Goddess at Play is a gathering to embrace our beingness, aliveness, and authenticity. It’s not about looking good, or being good, or pleasing someone to be liked, but to be ourselves, our true authentic selves where we can feel our hearts speak to us with our body.
To feel our body in a world conditioned by a process of mind, we learn how not to feel. Instead, we run away from our discomforts or fight against our discomforts. A great way to get into our body is through yoga, dance, movement, and self-kneading (self-massage) as you begin to feel what our bodies tell us.
In my 30’s I was into yoga for health, I felt better but couldn’t wait till the class was over. I hated to be in my body. I didn’t know why then, but I know now that I didn’t feel safe in my body. At a young age, I learned that my feelings and being aware of my body were bad and unsafe, and I needed to follow the mental rules of how I was supposed to act and how to be, to function in life. The conditioning has taken time to reprogram my thinking and allow my body to be present.
The beauty of innocence that you are is the place to be in the now. When Yeshua (Jesus) spoke about being reborn as a baby or child, he meant to come back to our innocence present, not in the mind, but in the heart. In this innocence, we can laugh, play, sing, dance, and do anything that brings us back to who we are, joyful innocence.
Here at Goddess at Play, we start by building a relationship with the Goddess Spirit (you) and the Goddesses’ Holy Temple (your body) where we can feel what’s going on. We give ourselves permission to relax, unwind, and reconnect as we allow ourselves to get back into our fun, funky, playful selves.
Here is a list of Goddess activities:
Dance, movement, painting, singing, playing musical instruments, storytelling, acting, writing, and any way to express her deepest creative self.
Meditation, breathwork, yoga, chakra openings, body healing, mind-clearing and energy work, Earth bonding and Moon honoring, and of course
Goddess Rituals and Ceremonies!
We come together as GODDESSES, as SISTERS, as ONE.
“If we cannot feel, how do we know it’s real?”
Her body and mind are, ONE
She lets go of brittle resistance (blockages) that holds her back. She allows herself to flow (flexibility) like nature. She empowers herself (builds strength) to know she has everything she needs to embrace being here in her body, now.
“I have called on the Goddess and found her within myself”
The Goddess doesn't enter us from outside; she emerges from deep within. She is not held back by what happened in the past. She is conceived in consciousness, born in love, and nurtured by higher thinking. She is integrity and value, created and sustained by the hard work of personal growth and the discipline of a life lived actively in hope.
